Grantees Impress at 12U Lexus Grass Court Championships 2026

Tennis First grantees continued their excellent summer form at the 12U Lexus Grass Court Championships 2026, held at the AELTC Community Tennis Centre in Raynes Park. Competing in extremely hot conditions, the players demonstrated adaptability, fighting spirit and determination throughout the tournament.

The boys' singles event featured an all-grantee final, with Conrad Goh producing an impressive performance to defeat Fletcher Davies 6-2, 6-2 and claim the prestigious Grade 1 Lexus National Tour title. Conrad capped off an outstanding week by also securing the boys' doubles crown.

In the girls' singles event, Victoria Ariana Flora enjoyed a superb run to the final, where she narrowly missed out on the title in a fiercely contested match, falling 7-5, 7-5 after a high-quality battle.

Fellow grantees Amelia Coulstock and Isla Skeates both fought hard to reach the semi-finals. Isla pushed the eventual champion all the way in a thrilling three-set encounter, showcasing tremendous determination before narrowly missing out on a place in the final.

There was further success in the doubles competition as Victoria Ariana Flora and Isla Skeates teamed up to claim the girls' doubles title, rounding off an excellent week for the pair.

The event provided another opportunity for Tennis First grantees to test themselves on grass courts, a surface they have fewer opportunities to compete on throughout the season. Their performances demonstrated not only their talent but also their ability to adapt, compete and thrive in challenging conditions. Congrats to all.
