Henry Searle Continues Rapid Rise with NottS Challenger Title
Former Tennis First grantee Henry Searle has continued his outstanding summer by winning the Lexus Nottingham Challenger, backing up his ATP Challenger title in Dublin just before Wimbledon.
The 20-year-old produced another impressive week on home soil, defeating fellow Britons Johannus Monday and Max Basing before overcoming top seed Clément Chidekh 6-4 6-4 in the final to lift the trophy.
The victory sees Henry climb to a new career-high ranking of world No. 214, breaking into the ATP Top 250 for the first time. His rise reflects the consistency and confidence he has shown throughout the grass court season, with his powerful game proving particularly effective on the surface.
Everyone at Tennis First is incredibly proud to see Henry reach this milestone. Having supported him throughout his development, it is exciting to watch his continued progression on the ATP Tour, and we look forward to following the next chapter of his journey.
