How to Help

We need to find people who believe in our cause and are willing to help us make a difference for young players with potential. We have two important objectives: to increase awareness of our work and to raise money to fund disadvantaged young players' development.

There are four main ways you can help us:

Spread the Word

As an individual we would love you to sign up as a 'Friend' of Tennis First, which will allow us to advise you of our events and successes. (Click on the 'Friends' tab above)

But even more valuable is to be an ambassador for Tennis First. We would love you to convince your tennis friends that ours is a cause worth supporting and to persuade them also to join as 'Friends'. Can you find 10 (or more) people to become our friends?

Even better, you could go the extra mile and become a 'Partner'

Event Organiser

Help us fund raise by setting up fun events either locally or regionally. We need to build a wide network throughout the UK to create a firm financial base. The more we raise the more we can make a difference.

Participate

Take part in any of the events we run either as an individual or corporately. All our events are designed to be fun so as an individual you' re bound to have a good time.

Corporate participation includes: event sponsorship, hospitality packages, and group participation.

See the Events page for more details.

Donations

If you don't have the time to organise or participate, you can always send us money

Like everyone these days, we're sure you will receive countless requests for money each year. But if you're passionate about tennis, and would like to make a donation, however small, you can do so directly in two ways: either by cheque, made payable to 'Tennis First' and mailed to trustee:

Ken Weatherley, Tennis First, Westbrook House, Fairfield Road, Shawford, Winchester SO21 2DA

or by direct transfer to our bank:

Nat West, 149 Church Road, Barnes, London SW13 9HS

Sort Code 60-01-39       Account No: 11339845   with your family name as a reference

And because we are a registered charity (No.1075649) your donation can be even more valuable through the Gift Aid scheme, the basics of which are explained on the Gift Aid page (see the 'Gift Aid' tab above). So please complete our Gift Aid Declaration -  it only takes a minute and is so valuable to us!

Please help us make a difference!
